I have enabled HTTP Fast download, and it works great. However, cs_cbble.wad fails to transfer, and players get kicked.

Does anyone know all the files that should go along with cbble.bsp?

my fast download is set to:

http://www.cryptodan.net/~hlds/valve/

We are having this issue on a lot of maps. For some reason the wads don't transfer from the fast download location nor from the server. I wish I knew the reason. We are ditching some good maps because of this.

(PS. Find a program called 'resgen.exe' on the internet and run it on that map. The results tell you what resources the map requires).

Lucky you, lol.

I think resgen.exe is text based, if you can work out the instructions, for me, i just right click on required map and open with resgen, then go find the res file, lol.
Best to create it's own folder with the .exe in there, and work from there, for me anyways.

I kinda gave up on text based stuff when DOS went away, just let slip out of my head, but i can still copy and format in DOS, lol.
Who you calling OLD because i could use DOS, lol.
